When you register a child in one of our programs, or submit a contact form, all information you provide is confidential and not shared with any third party without your expressed permission. We do not collect payment information on our website. If you choose to pay for registration or make a donation online, the transaction takes place on our third-party payment provider, PayPal.

How long we retain your data

Registration and contact forms gather information that is kept on our website as a back-up until the end of the golf season, after which our website administrator will permanently delete it off the site.
